I like that you bolded a certain sentence in your lead detailing what the genome of your bacteria is like to show that it was important information. I am a little confused on what makes this information tidbit stand out though. Your added information in the lead paragraph is very helpful to get a full picture of the bacteria. Your added sections on the metabolism of the bacteria are very helpful in understanding what exactly happens during this organism's metabolic pathways. I would suggest combining the cell structure notes, as the two sections are redundant. I think including the genetic characteristics and environmental roles sections would be helpful as well. Overall though, the work done is very good! Can't wait to see what the final article draft will look like.
